Our Art Sale for Ukraine managed to raise 500.000 kr ! The full amount has now been sent to the Icelandic Red Cross’ special fund for Ukrainian refugees. The fundraiser event was organized by Skaftfell, together with the artistic community of Seyðisfjörður, last Sunday. Over 30 artists donated their artwork, created a pop-up exhibition in Skaftfell’s gallery, and the sale turned out to be very successful. Together with Seyðisfjörður’s artistic community Skaftfell is organising a fundraiser art sale to support the people of Ukraine. The income from the sale will be donated in full to the Icelandic Red Cross’ special fund for Ukraine. We are holding the art sale in the Skaftfell gallery on Sunday March 13, from 15:00 to 18:00.
