In the beginning of November starts a drawing course for curious and enthusiastic drawers. The course is aimed for age 12 and older, also grown ups. The main focus will be on introducing and training different drawing techniques and styles. Participants will do various exercised for eye-hand coordination and enhancing perception, activating the right ventricle, as well as finding their own drawing style and model drawing. Seyðisfjörður Workshop 2018
Seyðisfjörður workshop is a two week long workshop hosted by the Dieter Roth Academy for students from the fine art department at the Iceland Academy of the Arts. The workshop has taken place annually since 2001 and is guided by Björn Roth and Kristján Steingrímur Jónsson. During the workshop students are introduced to the practise of Swiss artists Dieter Roth and the special surroundings that Seyðisfjörður has to offer.
