For many years visitors to the Skaftfell bistro have been invited to make drawings and writings on stacks of A4 paper, and leave them in the bistro. Once a year all these \u201cbistro drawings\u201d are collected and bound into a book. During the recent Covid19-related time of isolation and restricted movement, Skaftfell invited everyone in Sey\u00f0isfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur and beyond to submit their \u201cquarantine drawings\u201d.\u00a0These drawings were thought to become a record of thoughts, feelings and creative responses during this period of uncertainty that we all had to experience.<\/p>\n
Now that the restrictions are lifted, we are happy to present a short exhibition of the submitted drawings in Skaftfell’s bistro.
