Under the direction of executive chef Gar\u00f0ar Bachmann, the Skaftfell Bistr\u00f3 will feature a visionary menu combining traditional Icelandic fare with an innovative twist. \u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>In keeping with Skaftfell\u00b4s principles of sustainability and respect for the natural environment, the restaurant menu will focus on locally-sourced fresh ingredients, including fish, meat, vegetarian dishes, local brews and organic wines.
